First time I've encountered this in 180h. Interestingly, it even stayed on AFTER SELF-REVIVE???

I also just got this bug and it was stuck at 3 seconds, here's a video I posted on my twitter showing a video of it before and after
I have also fallen victim to this bug over a month later and caused me to lose a ranked match, here is a video. I'm playing on PC if this information helps
