Unsanctioned Hostilities 2/5 will not progress at all
For a few weeks this one has been stuck, still the same this week after the reset.

Thanks for reaching out! We're aware of an issue where this contract won't progress on runs where the player did not successfully exfiltrate, and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
