Game crashes mid game on my ps5 and pc

I'm dealing with a crashing issue here, but on both of my systems...my ps5 just straight up shuts off after about 15 minutes of gameplay AND my brand new asus pc with rtx 4060ti wont run it for more than like 3 minutes either. I think its safe to say that I'm very close to asking for my money back. Especially after buying it twice, only to find a similar issue on my pc. I read somewhere that I could try to update my BIOS, but there's no way I'm doing that just for marathon...all my other games work fine. I'm a huge fan of bungie games/destiny and I was really enjoying marathon before this issue, but I don't intend to give my money away for nothing.

Thank you for reporting.
We are investigating an issue with intel CPU crashes but updating the bios fixed the issue for most people.
and the ps5 pro* that ran it fine before the update? I'm just hoping that there'll be some kind of hotfix.
