How to file an appeal after name was changed to "Redacted"
I have been waiting over 20 days now for a response on a Bungie Help Ticket I submitted for a request to recover my Bungie name which was changed at the launch of Marathon and has yet to be changed back. The ticket I submitted was to appeal a ban or restriction, but I'm unsure if that was the correct way to submit it.
How can I go about creating a ticket that will actually see a resolution to the issue in a timelier manner?

Rest assured that is the correct place, and it may take several weeks to receive a reply. If no reply is received, it means the appeal was denied.
