I just ran my first gold key and once we exfiled the screen went black and had an error about all progress form the prvious run being lost if i return to lobby. I got a lot of gear form that run that i would really like to keep. Can anyone please help me with this?

Unfortunately, while the team is investigating, there are no workarounds for those affected by the issue at this time. Further waiting will likely not have any effect on the outcome.
