No Sekiguchi reputation points for killing UESC
Should we get Sekiguchi reputation points for killing UESC? If yes, why I don't get it when I kill UESC units?

Thank you for reaching out.
Normal UESC kills do not give Sekiguchi rep on their own. Sekiguchi rep comes from:
Completing Sekiguchi contracts that have “kill UESC” objectives (those kills only count while that contract is active).
Specific in-run actions like killing UESC Wardens (T3 bosses), looting SekGen-themed containers, doing Anomalous Extraction steps, and exfilling SekGen-marked valuables.
Certain items like the Sekiguchi Favor trinket, which grants extra Sekiguchi rep on exfil.
So if you’re just killing random UESC without a matching Sekiguchi contract or those special conditions active, you won’t see any Sekiguchi reputation gain.
