getting stuck in Outpost Armory in Processing

Description of Issue - sometimes when opening the armory in Processing, red barriers will come up around the room and I will be unable to exit, even if I kill every UESC around. I have failed to exfil multiple times because of this issue.

Repro steps - open the armory in Processing
