Triage Doesn't Get Credit for Reboot+ Codex Challenges
- Bungie Account Name - Abominationski#5468
- Platform - Steam
- Description of Issue - Reboot Codex challenges are not taking effect. Both 1. reboot two crew members with a single reboot and 2. reboot a crew member and damage a hostile. I have done them both and it doesn't complete the codex entry.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - March 15th timeframe, game doesn't crash
- Repro steps - I complete the task and do not receive credit for it - multiple times.
