If you toggle aim with right mouse button and melee you are unable to use items

- Description of Issue - When you have aim set to toggle in the settings using a knife melee won't let you use consumables until you switch to a weapon and unzoom
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Anytime you knife with toggle ADS set
- Repro steps - 1, Set your aim to be toggled in settings 2, Load into a game, take some damage 3, Switch to knife and melee 4, Try to heal/shield
