Minor UI Inconsistencies (in-game)

Description of Issue:
1. Looking at an implant in-game (in loot container), while having none equipped, the UI displays "Swap"
2. Looking at a core in-game (on the ground), while having none equipped, the UI displays "Swap with Equipped"
3. Looking at a shield implant in-game (on the ground), while having none equipped, the UI displays "Swap with Equipped Implant"
