Hi there,
Please see our Marathon Storage and System Requirements guide to double-check that your system meets the current minimum specs. If it does, please ensure your GPU drivers and windows are fully up to date. If possible, please try installing the game on another disk as well to rule out potential hardware issues.
same here, win 10
The same for me.
And ryzen 5 7500f
Rtx 5070 12gb
32gb ram
Win 11 pro
I tried everything you said but I'm still stuck on that screen.I was working yesterday, so I don't understand where the problem come from.
I did reinstall the windows update, the gpu's driver, clear steam download cache, reinstall the game, whitelist marathon and battleye in windows defender, restart the computer.
Thanks for the details. We're seeing a rise in reports about this and are currently investigating. In the meantime, please be sure to keep your Windows version and GPU drivers up to date.
Please also note that the game is not officially supported on laptop devices, even if those devices otherwise meet the minimum requirements.
