No item saved at the end of run

after normal extract, I pressed spacebar to exit and the game bugged, it gave me camera on another team of 3 people like if they were my teammates (but they were not, my team extracted with me), I pressed spacebar again to leave the game and now I have this message that tell me the results of last run arent finalized and I cant get anything.
