Deluxe Edition Issue

Hello!

  • Bungie Account Name - Boo#2050
  • Platform - Steam
  • Description of Issue - I bought a deluxe edition upgrade on Steam this morning (EU time) and it might have been during the maintenance now that I think about it and I have yet still not received it like 6 hours later. 
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - 11am ish CET, Today. 11th
  • Repro steps - ""
