- Description of Issue - I bought a deluxe edition upgrade on Steam this morning (EU time) and it might have been during the maintenance now that I think about it and I have yet still not received it like 6 hours later.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 11am ish CET, Today. 11th

I am having the same issue. I upgrade to deluxe edition but none of the content is in the game.
I've just bought it and having the same issue too
