Trifecta Recon Quest Bug
Currently 4/5 for recon mastery progression, but the Trifecta quest no matter how it is completed (3 kills, 3 finishes, 3 kills and finishes) it is currently unattainable. Comfortably have completed it at least 4 times across multiple sessions/days depending on the definition of the "3 defeats."

If this issue persists, please try to capture a video that shows what you're experiencing. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
It's been persistent since the server slam, I'm not alone in these issues and only a few posts below is a clip showing the quest is bugged. Easier said than done getting yet another natural team wipe in under 10 seconds during random games, let alone having it clipped.
