Premium Rewards Pass required

I have pre ordered the deluxe version. I do have the premium rewards pass voucher in the vault and I have been asked to activate it in the rewars pass. I did that but I still do not have access to premium content in it.

Thanks for taking the time to record a video of this, I really appreciate it! Just to be sure, were you able to receive and claim all your other Deluxe Edition items, or is your Premium Rewards Pass voucher the only thing missing?
