Still can't use game chat
My account is still unable to turn on voice chat. I have gone to bungie permissions and there is no option to change permissions. There is a link to send to a parent to set up parental controls and there is a link to the 3rd party site, kws, they use for age verification and that link leads to FAQs about kws. How do I change permissions so that I can use game chat? Or do I need to verify my age? And where can I even do that?

We previously launched a mandatory "date of birth" for bungie accounts. Players who input a date younger than 13 years old will be restricted from certain features like text chat. Hi, I've submitted the form. Will I have to wait another 3 days for it to be approved? I never set my age so is it automatically set to under 13? This account has been tied to destiny for several years and never said I was 13 or under. So I'm just confused.
I have submitted my ID, I have taken every step on the website, and everything the support told me to do. So why is everything still disabled? Still can't use the mic or the chat. What is the problem?
