Disconnected from server midmatch, was able to rejoin, but cannot interact with anything nor is there an exfil

Hi like title of the post said, I was disconnected after five minutes in the match and my game crashed. I was able to rejoin, but my weapons kept constantly swapping themselves. I was only able to keep my knife out. ALL glass on the map was shattered, no other players, no AI, no loot on the ground. Just hoping I can get my loot back from this run because even though it gave me a notice for a final exfil in a completely empty map, it just killed me :/
