Twitch drops are still missing

Hello, my Twitch rewards are still missing. I've seek out all forums & didn't say how. I'd only the Bingus ones, not the full Worms ones & missing Engine skin.

I'm having the same problem - I have some of the items but not the Weave worm Background. I DO have the weapon skill though. Odd.
