Pre-order and Twitch drop
Hello, after pre-ordering Marathon and claiming Twitch Drops 1 and 2, I unfortunately did not receive my in-game rewards. I only received the "SMILEYworm Emblem & Kit", but the rest of the drops did not appear, and the pre-order rewards did not appear either. :(

Thank you for the report. We are aware of the issue with this Twitch drop and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Pre-order rewards should have been added to the account already for users who pre-ordered the game. Please note that there is no mail or animation that plays when the pre-order rewards are received.
