Have not received any Twitch Drops or the 200 Silk from the Deluxe Edition

Issue:
So I purchased during Server Slam, I have gotten all the skins from the deluxe edition and the premium pass token which I used, but I didn't get the 200 Silk at all. Weirdly I had silk from the server slam though, 140/140, but not the 200 from the purchase.
I also have not received any of my twitch drops, I followed the steps described and was told to contact you by twitch.

Thank you for the report. We are aware of the issue with this Twitch drop and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
What is the process to get help? Are there people on these forums? Is there another way to seek support that I am missing?
