Push to Talk ; Steam Deck support
I'm having the same issues that had been fixed in the beta with the voice communication dropping out halfway through a match. Also I would love to bring this game with me some places but Battleye said no. :( Last I checked battleye DOES support some linux based OS. Will marathon ever receive proton/linux support for Steam Deck users since Valve is still trying to bring them back? ARC Raiders is verified for Steam Deck but I don't want to play ARC, I bought Marathon instead.

Thanks for the post, and for sticking with us through both beta and launch.
On the voice chat dropping mid‑match: we did make changes based on earlier test feedback, but we’re still tracking some live issues where crew/prox voice can cut out partway through a run. To help us zero in on what you’re seeing, could you share:
Platform (Steam / Xbox / PlayStation)
Your audio setup (USB / 3.5mm / Bluetooth, separate mic or headset mic)
Whether this happens every match or only sometimes, and if it seems tied to transitions (e.g., going from lobby → in‑run or after deaths/exfils)
In the meantime, double‑check your Social → Voice settings to make sure the correct input/output devices are selected, and if you’re on PC, testing a non‑Bluetooth device can also help us narrow down which bug you’re hitting.
For Proton/Linux support: right now Marathon is only supported on our listed platforms, and we don’t officially support Proton or native Linux builds. BattlEye does have Linux capabilities, but there are extra security and support considerations we have to get right before we could expand to additional platforms. We don’t have any announcements to share today about Proton/Linux support, but the interest is heard and gets passed along to the team.

Here's my sound settings. I'm on steam, I run a USB microphone with a 3.5mm. I've restarted the game and tried tweaking with them to no avail. My voice chat is flat out not responding to my push to talk now.
