Can't get my Deluxe Edition rewards

Hi there,

I received the codes and was able to redeem them but, unfortunately, the following error appears when I want to collect them:

We were unable to find your Marathon account information. If you have a valid Marathon Account, let us know. (5005).
 
I am logged in with my account (EU, Germany). I do not know what to do. Please help. Thank you.
