Unclaimable Server Slam Rewards
So I finally got the rewards for the Server Slam in my in-game inbox, but I can’t seem to claim them. I managed to reach level 30 during the event, and got three separate files in my mail containing my rewards, but I can’t claim them. Can this please be fixed before they expire?

Okay, so for the three in-game emails I am not prompted in any way to claim my rewards. I can see that I have the three tiers of rewards packages plus the exclusive profile background and emblem, but there is no “CLAIM ALL” button or anything of the sort. I tried clicking on the rewards in the emails themselves, but there are no prompts to receive my items.

So when I select them the only option I have is hit B to go back or hold X to delete them all though I haven't claimed the reward yet
I'm experiencing the same issue. The items are sitting in my inbox but I can't claim them.
