Marathon Store Pricing Issue

Hello,

I need support regarding a store purchase issue.

The knife skin "Corrida Acromática" was displayed in the in-game store costing 1 credit. Because of that displayed price, I purchased the basic currency pack (500 coins) specifically to buy this item.

However, when I tried to complete the purchase, the game shows an "Insufficient Balance" error.

Since the item was clearly displayed as costing 1 credit, my purchase decision was based on the price shown in the store. Because of this, I would like support on how this situation can be resolved, as I purchased the currency expecting to acquire the item at the displayed price.

I have attached screenshots showing the item listed as 1 credit and the error message.

    Hey there,
    Thank you for reaching out and reporting this issue.

    We are aware of this issue and are currently investigating.

    Some offers can show the wrong (lower) price in the UI, but the backend still uses the correct price when you go to buy, which then throws “Insufficient Balance” instead of letting you purchase at the mis‑shown value.  
    Real‑money currency (LUX/credits) purchases are processed by Steam / PlayStation / Xbox, and Bungie can’t directly refund those currency top‑ups. We can only refund item purchases in LUX within a short window, not the platform transaction itself.  
    Because you didn’t actually buy the knife (the purchase failed), you have two options:

    Keep the credits and spend them on something else once the store is behaving correctly, or
    If you only topped up because of that incorrect 1‑credit price and don’t want the currency at all, request a refund from your platform’s support (Steam/PSN/Xbox) while you’re still inside their refund window, and mention that the in‑game price was displayed incorrectly when you purchased.
