Bought rewards pass while owning deluxe edition.
So I preordered deluxe and figured it’d be on my acct at release. I saw I didn’t have the premium rewards pass and figured it’d just wasn’t part of the deluxe edition. So I bought luxe and got the rewards pass only to receive a voucher in my vault a couple hours later… I submitted a ticket and was told to use it next seasons pass. I find this is a little bs. I didn’t pay 95 dollars to lose 1000 due to the deluxe pass being late.

i did the same thing, but they did say that it will work for next seasons pass atleast?

so they did confirm it will work next pass? even after the wipe? i sent a ticket and didn't get a response yet.
@HOLLZ Yes in my email response they confirmed it will be available to use next season. Which is fine I guess. I’d prefer a refund of 1000 lux, but seemingly it’s not going to happen. So now I’ll be stuck with 1000 luxe on my acct after my first store purchase and have to buy another 10 dollars to afford another premium skin.
