Couldn't Collect Server Slam Rewards

I played in the server slam and reached something like level 24; today I got the message about playing in the server slam, one with the basic rewards and another with the level 10 rewards. I was able to collect the basic set, but while I could see the level 10 set, it wouldn't give me any option to actually claim it. While trying to, I accidentally deleted the message altogether. Please help me, I played like 40 hours of server slam and really love the game!
