Lux issue and deluxe rewards

So I purchased 3k lux and I didnt recieve it. second issue is that I had a full vault and I redeemed 2 of my hard earned deluxe and enhanced rewards and it went to my overflow and the rest all got removed!! my hard work gone I only recieved some of my enhanced stuff in the overflow and 0 deluxe thats soooo sad!
