Server slam rewards claimed but not in inventory.
Hello, I claimed the level 30 Server slam rewards but nothing appeared in my vault and the message got deleted so no they are gone. is there a way to fix this?

Redacted6210 Apparently, the F key on a PC is the key for deleting messages. Normally, it's used to move items. I did the same thing, accidentally pressing F deletes the message and apparently the items aren't automatically added to your inventory. I also los the server slam rewards that way lets see if there is a way to fix it

Repro steps - When deleting a message that contains server reward items, the message disappears and the rewards are not claimed. It seems strange that the items are not automatically claimed when deleting the message that contains them, and that there is no recycle bin where deleted messages remain for a short time.
Im having the same problem. I assumed the rewards were claimed because it wouldn't let me claim it but my friend got his and now mine is gone. I deleted it because I assumed it was claimed and now I can't access the rewards that I earned for playing the server slam. I really wanted that emblem and banner but I assume ill never get it back because this isn't a widespread-enough issue.
so i lost my blue package, and it wont let me claim the green one, so that's great. what a vibe killer
Update: Today I launched the game again and the message that was gone is back and I could claim the rewards that I missed.
