No deluxe edition rewards, had purchased regular edition but refunded to buy deluxe afterwards, may be related?
I'm having the same missing deluxe edition rewards issue as many others seem to be having, but I figured I'd make a new post and mention I had initially bought the standard edition, but enjoyed the server slam enough to want the deluxe edition, so i refunded the standard and bought the deluxe edition after the standard refund came back thru. unsure if that would be relevant, but worth mentioning.
