"Welcome to Tau Ceti" Achievement Bugged

Description of Issue - Skipping the tutorial Perimeter run did grant the "This is Marathon" achievement for dying for the first time, but did not immediately grant the "Welcome to Tau Ceti" achievement for completing or skipping the initial run. Upon closing and relaunching the game, the achievement was granted after fully logging in to the game.
