i have the same issue, i've pre purchased deluxe edition and now im seeing that i lost all of my progress during server slam, i need help directly from bungie

Same here. My situation might be a little different. I pre-ordered the standard edition on ps5. Then I played server slam and enjoyed the game more on PC. So then I pre-ordered the deluxe edition on PC and canceled my PS5 preorder. I thought maybe that messed something up, but now it looks like it might just be a PC issue in general?

except the bad reviews we like and believe in bungie and bought the deluxe edition. come on man that is not acceptable. where is our server slam and deluxe edition items??

I also bought the deluxe edition and did not get my items or my pre-ordered items. But they show up as purchased on Steam.

From the Marathon Discord Server guys: We're investigating an issue where Deluxe Edition items are not available in-game for some players. We will report back when we have further details.

i just emailed them, i have the same issue. I preordered the deluxe edition by buying the collectors edition and played server slam but havent received anything. i noticed in the server slam people were rocking the deluxe edition items but i havent received mine

This has been a very disappointing first experience with the full game. Instead of playing and enjoying the content I paid for, I am spending my time troubleshooting and looking for a fix, also didn't get nothing from server slam

Same here, pre ordered the deluxe edition and did not receive my in game items for pre ordering. Steam shows that I have the deluxe edition in my library
i preordered deluxe edition and upon full game release didnt receive my items. i reinstalled the game and dlc, verified game files, and checked my steam purchase history to make sure i purchased the correct edition, which i did. even after all of that i still do not have my rewards. I am a part time streamer and put almost 20 hours into the server slam, was really hoping to showcase the cosmetics on my live stream and unfortunately do not have them.
