I encountered a cheater and have video evidence as well as their name (but no identifier), they also broke the recent player list to hide themselves and avoid report

Description of Issue - I did not know which topic to post this under, but I thought I should post it here on this forum instead of on a social platform because it might actually help the game instead of generate unnecessary bad press. Encountered a cheater and didn't know how to report them because when I checked my recent players after the match they somehow avoided it and also broke my list by having it scroll way past where you could see names. They could jump while DBNO and could not be killed, but they were able to be downed (but probably had a self rez or something), see video. Unfortunately, I did not think to get a video of the broken recent players list, sorry I was a little frazzled from the whole cheater thing, but just imagine you could scroll for like two pages worth of recent names but it was an empty unselectable area. It was not like that at all until I encountered the cheater, because I've been using it to send out friend requests after a match, and since the cheater was not in the recent player list I assume they did something to obscure their name and avoid report.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 03/01/2026 somewhere between 10:50 to 11:10 PM, as my rendered file says it was created at 11:11 PM and I waited to exfil before I made my clip.
Repro steps - I would rather not.

0:34 through 0:53 can ignored, I was looting his non-cheater teammate who (hopefully) was just randomly teamed with him, though that is conjecture on my part. After 0:53 I ping the cheater to make sure to get their name to report them later (but couldn't report them).
