UI issue on matchmaking screen (1920×1200 resolution)

- Description of Issue - On the matchmaking screen, the bottom interface (containing the menu list and team roster) appears slightly above the bottom edge at 1920x1200 resolution, even though it should be at the very bottom. This issue only occurs during matchmaking screen; on other screens, everything displays correctly.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Always occures on the matchmaking screen
