Smart heal
I feel the smart heal wasn't working the way intended. I would have my health and shields down, would use the smart heal and it would heal my health, then I would use it again thinking my shields would be used next while heal was active but it would use another heal and waste it. I was goin through all my heals before I realized this and would only get one heal out of it. It would be nice if it wouldn't let you use a health while you are already in the process of healing so you dont waste the item and while your health or shields are being filled it would be nice if it could recognize that and use the recharge that isnt being used.
