GPU usage around 50%, staying at low temps. Not using full power. Around 60fps on dire, 80-90fps on perimeter. Feels slow and sluggish especialliy on dire.
Specs:
1080ti, 5600x, 32 gb 3200mhz
Driver:
Nvidia 582.28, Jan 28.
