Game wont launch

Tried to launch the game but it fails after the ant cheat window with no error codes. I know there are other help forums about this but I haven't seen bungie even aknowledge this issue. If we could at least be told that its trying to be fixed? I would still like to preorder the game but I wont if the game wont even launch from my pc.

We understand that Marathon wouldn't launch on your PC during the server slam. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how this may have caused concern. So we can effectively look into what may have caused this, please let us know the following details when next you reply:
- Bungie Account Name. Please include the four digits which follow the #.
- The model of PC you play on and its GPU.
- Do you see any error messages when you experience this?
- If you see any error messages, then please consider linking us to screenshots or footage of them.
Once we have the above information, we'll investigate this further.

Bungie knows of the problem, but do not know what is causing it. The lack of any kind of real response is brutal though. I was able to participate in the tech test just fine, but cannot start up the server slam. The most aggravating part is that the slam is almost over and bungie will not compensate us for our missed time from their own faults. I will be refunding my pre-purchase as this is just a sign of whats to come with launch.

My friend who I was hoping to play with this weekend has this same issue, he tried many different fixes to no avail. Unless they prioritize this issue, they're going to lose sales as the game launches in a few days.

I've had the same problem but no answer from support or any of the devs. Ended up playing the game on PS5 and had a lot of fun but lost two days because of that so only got to level 16. At the end of the day this is a game I want to play on PC with mouse and keyboard so atm I have no ideia if the game not working is hardware related or some sort of software issue from battleye/marathon and I won't be buying it.

Is there an email address we can send this to, or a form? My friend isn't comfortable posting all this info in a public forum, it doesn't seem like the most secure way to be soliciting this information.

I dont have a bungie account but my specs are I7 3770k and a Radeon rx580 8gb with 16gigs of ram.
