Insta Death Spot on Perimeter

- Description of Issue - I die when I touch this specific spot on map
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Has happened twice, definitely recreatable lol.

Repro steps - this is occuring on perimeter at the north relay right next to the extract beacon. (Not the catwalk death spot lol)
