Crashes When Self-Reviving

- Description of Issue - attempting to use self revives crashes my game
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 3/1/26 around 1:20 PM Central Time zone
- Repro steps - dying, presses E to self revive, crash

+1 on Xbox Series X. Downed by Runner, tried to self-revive, game glitched/lagged/made me start self revive again, then froze completely and crashed to dashboard.
