Why are all the options in my team disabled, making me unable to invite friends?

If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look at the issue.
This is happening to me as well, and the request to "upload a video to a site like Youtube" sounds 100% insane coming from official support. Why would he need to record a video when a screenshot gives you 100% of the information you need? What would he be recording a video OF?
I too am unable to invite a Bungie friend to my "crew" because their "permission" settings are disabled!?
I played the server slam with this individual just fine; but now that I have purchased 2 copies of Marathon to play together, we can't?
Please advise.
