Deluxe edition items not in inventory
I ordered the deluxe edition and I don’t see the items in my inventory I see other people with the items in there account already juss wondering if it’s sum kind of bug.

Hi there,
Certain pre-order and edition bonus items are slated to be released on March 5th along with the official launch. If you're not seeing those items after launch, please let us know.
I do not have my deluxe skins upon release of the game.

I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE...Can we get a fix on this..im ready to spend more money but not until you address this issue..
I am also not seeing any of the deluxe edition items in my account! I'm sure everyone at bungie is working on it actively. Just wanted to post this in here for record.

My deluxe edition/twitch drop/server slam stuff isn't showing up either :(

I pre-ordered the deluxe edition on Steam, just started playing and I am also being asked to upgrade to deluxe edition. If you ask for more money for something you should probably provide it bungo, hope this gets fixed soon.
I also purchased the deluxe edition, participated to level 30 in the server slam, and earned the twitch drops but I am not seeing any of these items in my account

Samesies, no deluxe edition items etc. In steam it mentions that I can upgrade to it, it thinks I have standard edition atm.

I also do not have any of my deluxe or preorder bonuses. The midnight skins look so cool and I really want to use them :'(
I'm experiencing the same issue. I pre-ordered the deluxe edition and upon full release of the game i was not granted my rewards. I reinstalled the game and verified all my game files and i still do not have my cosmetics or deluxe upgrade items.
Same issue. Preordered on Steam. No deluxe edition content, no server slam items, and no unlocked Twitch drops. Uninstalled and reinstalled with same issue.
