Broken textures / AMD / Please fix it
Please treat this issue with priority; if it's not resolved, I will have to refund the game. I really wanted to be able to play!

We’ve received reports of graphical texture issues affecting AMD users, and these have been flagged to the dev team. We apologize for the inconvenience!
Just wanted to say I think I have the same issue. I am using a Radeon RX 570, which is an old card I admit, but should be able to run the game.
Unfortunately, basically everything looks like it has black bars over it. Its unplayable. Let me know if I can provide more info to help fix.
