This is a known issue with Bluetooth headphones when headphone mic and audio running at the same time. As mentioned above even when mic is disabled in Windows settings and using a stand alone mic, this seems to be an issue.
Also having the same problem using a edfier w800bt plus, game is probably registering our mics, we need an option to turn it off.
I'm also having the same issue with my Sony WH1000xm6, a temporary solution is to go into the device manager and do right click -> disable on the "WH-1000XM6 Hands-Free" device (you'll have to reboot).
But we shouldn't have to do this in the first place! Marathon is the only game I've played that has had this issue.
