Random death
During a run through on the open test me and a friend were having a pretty fun run. while waiting for the extraction my character just died. no gun shot, not melee, no enemy players with in sight. i just died and lost my hard earned loot. I do not understand how this has happened as i didn't even go down, i just fully died.

If this happens again, please try to capture a video that shows the issue occurring via your platform's share/capture feature. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
happened to a team mate as well, i think its whoever calls in the extraction, they just go FULL DOWN, not knocked.
no one in sight either, safely rezzed downed team mate & extracted after but yeah happened on CONSOLE PS5 crossplay off
