Nightingale error

Tried to open, recive error nightingale.

Tride:

ipconfig /flushdns

setting DNS to Google's public DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).

Edit:

Checked Inbound Rules of firewall, I do not see any created rules for Marathon
