The menu music/sound loop has an extremely high pitched whine that mimics tinnitus. multiple people i play with have noticed this, removed headphones to confirm it is in game.

Materialist perk, in which you get salvage upon exfil, does not ever proc. It does not show up in your after action, your vault, and even if you have open spots in your backpack they dont show up
