Cryo Archive (Vault Breaker) Stuck Spot - Vault 4

- Description of Issue - In Vault 4, there is a spot you can get stuck, under and left of the button to turn off ice.
- Repro steps - When attempting to jump across from entrance to panel behind ice button, fall to the left and you get stuck between the station and the pipes, and are unable to get out if you aren't a mobile character.
