Thanks for reaching out.
While it may be possible to play on certain laptop or handheld configurations, we do not officially support them per our Marathon Storage and System Requirements guide.
Because this is an unsupported platform, we’re only able to suggest basic troubleshooting steps here and can’t provide more advanced troubleshooting or guarantee a fix for this setup.
That being said, we are receiving reports of players on PC using AMD hardware having a similar issue and are currently investigating. Players experiencing this issue have resolved it for the time being by rolling back their AMD drivers. PC players have had success with rolling back to the 26.9.2 driver.
