Once tracked, tracked forever

Description of Issue: I've selected some salvage to track, now I can untrack them. No matters how I try to do it, it gets "duplicated" on the tracking UI.
Rough Date and Time of issue: Not sure when, I think I set the tracking salvage after the Nightfall wipe/update but I just realized now that I'm done with some faction upgrades and tried to untrack.
Repro steps:
- Select salvage to track. It doesn't matter if you do it from faction upgrades, vault or armory screens.
- Try to untrack them. It doesn't matter if you try from main tracked(escape from main menu), faction upgrades, vault, etc.
- Salvage will appear duplicated on the tracked UI.
- Restart game.
- Tracked salvage gets deduplicated in the tracked UI, but still there(like you did nothing to untrack them).
