Warden Boss room staying locked, even after using the panel to unlock it after defeating the Warden
Roughly around 3:50pm PST 10/27/2000
After beating the Pump Credential Warden near the end of the Vault Breaker run, I sprinted to the panel to unlock the entrance as I was running low on time, at the same time I was being hit by the last 3 USEC recurits I left alive and once the animation on the panel stopped, I quickly switch to my knife to melee the bots as I had no self-revive. But I looked back at the door and the barrier never went down and I could no longer interact with the panel. So I got locked out in the room and died to the timer.
