The tracking system doesn't persist.
I've been trying to keep track of stuff I need for my SekGen upgrades, and every day I have to go back and re-enable tracking on certain things (storage drives), because it keeps setting itself back to not being tracked.
So far it's intermittent, as it has remembered to keep track of some, but not all.
